As president of CSA Carole Ornstein brings over 30 years of sales and marketing
experience with over 15 years in pharmaceutical recruiting.
CSA/Clinical Staffing Associates is a nationwide executive search firm
specializing in the placement of all levels of clinical research
professionals on both a full-time and contract basis.
We pride ourselves on only sending the most qualified candidates that meet the
specific need of our clients. We do extensive phone interviews, reference checks
and degree verifications on all of our candidates. We treat each candidate with
respect and always give them as much information about a potential job
