Benefits for Consultants

CSA would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the services we provide to our contract (W2) employees. Many of these benefits begin after just one month of employment.

Direct Deposit

We offer Direct Deposit, where payroll checks can be easily deposited into the employee's bank account if they prefer not to receive it by mail.

Health Insurance

One month after your start date, you are eligible to participate in our group health plan.

Dependent Care Reimbursement / Medical Reimbursement

Dependent Care Reimbursement and Medical Care Reimbursement is available for the employee to put money aside, before taxes, to pay for daycare and out-of-pocket medical costs they may incur throughout the year.

401(k)

Our employees are also eligible for enrollment into our 401(k) Plan after one month of employment. If the employee contributes 3% or more of their total gross salary, CSA/Clinical Staffing LLC will contribute 1% which is theirs to keep regardless of how long they are employed with us.

Vacation & Personal Time

After 1500 hours, our employee consultants are entitled to a one week (5 day) paid vacation and three (3) paid personal days per year. Vacation and personal days may not be carried over to the next year.
