Consultants Needed W2 & 1099
Highest Hourly Rates Paid!
Experienced clinical trial monitors needed for six month to one year
assignments. Immediate hire. Must be near major airport. At least 2+ years
of on-site monitoring experience with knowledge in multi-therapeutic areas.
Also, monitors needed for in-house positions: data review, adverse events
and reviewing CRFs. To qualify you need a 4 year college degree in life
sciences or RN.

Direct Deposit
We offer Direct Deposit, where payroll checks can be easily deposited into
the employee’s bank account if they prefer not to receive it by mail.
Health Insurance
One month after your start date, you are eligible to participate in our
group health plan.
Dependent Care Reimbursement / Medical Reimbursement
Dependent Care Reimbursement and Medical Care Reimbursement is available for
the employee to put money aside, before taxes, to pay for daycare and
out-of-pocket medical costs they may incur throughout the year.
401(k)
Our employees are also eligible for enrollment into our 401(k) Plan after
one month of employment. If the employee contributes 3% or more of their
total gross salary, CSA/Clinical Staffing Associates will contribute 1%
which is theirs to keep regardless of how long they are employed with us.
Vacation & Personal Time
After 1500 hours, our employee consultants are entitled to a one week (5
day) paid vacation and three (3) paid personal days per year.
Vacation and personal days may not be carried over to the next year.
