History of CSA

Susan Brenner
Owner/ President

CSA was founded in 1996 by Carole Ornstein and Susan Brenner. Susan Brenner is the Owner and President of CSA/Clinical Staffing LLC and has served as the company’s President since 2007 and was previously Vice President. Carole Ornstein is currently a consultant to the company.

Susan brings with her over 18 years of Recruiting and Sales experience. Prior to joining CSA, she was employed by Dermik Laboratories, a division of Rhone Poulenc Rorer (now Sanofi- Aventis), Lebhar Friedman Publishing (Drug Store News), and McFadden Publishing.

Susan continues to bring a personal touch to recruiting and takes the time to understand the needs of her clients and candidates. She takes pride in her work and upholds high standards of honesty and integrity for herself and her staff.

She earned a BS from the University of Arizona and resides in Branchburg, NJ with her husband and two children.
